Before working with Josh, I was already a successful business owner who had placed most of my focus on financial growth. Over time, other important areas of my life took the back seat. Like many driven people, I was focused on building, but that came at the cost of being aligned with my true values. Working with Josh kickstarted my journey to understand my inner workings that would result in challenging anxiety. I learnt how my 'body' has been programmed to respond to stimuli in protective ways from childhood experiences. Josh lead me through inner child work, and realising and acknowledging the narration of the mind that is rarely factual and does not need to be believed. Through this work, i have progressed to a point where i continually work to feel through fear and shame (key core wounds) and confront these emotions that i had effectively learnt to avoid. I recommend working with Josh to dig 'deep' and uncover those events that helped form core beliefs about yourself that you will find are not actually true. Safety and calm within myself in the face of many challenging and scary life situations is now reality. When you learn to face feelings and feel them through, and then build resilience, adaptability and confidence, anything is possible. Josh will guide you through this. Before I started working with Josh, I was constantly anxious and really struggled maintaining a positive mindset. Over the weeks, the mind launch program really helped give me a new sense of clarity and perspective and helped get rid of those anxious thoughts. After seeing some of Josh's posts, I really resonated with his views and explanations on the anxiety cycle and being 'stuck' in a state of fear - as that's where I was. So I signed up to the Mindlaunch programme with an open mind and am so glad I did! To break the cycle, Josh's programme takes you deeply into areas you probably would never have considered looking, and in doing so - uncover the drivers of your anxiety. I started with Josh approximately 5 months ago with in the Mind Launch community. I was stuck in a bit of a rut with on going anxiety and over thinking things with negative thoughts. Being a very busy business owner / family life with two young kids I needed to adapt a change and also wanted to sharpen my mind and to progress with my mental health. I came across Mind Launch online and was so happy I jumped on board, I achieved a huge amount of self reflection and various techniques to combat my negative thoughts and change them into positive thoughts. My biggest takeaway was the meditation and the 1:1 coaching directly with Josh himself. I'm now feeling fantastic and looking forward to continuing to grow and moving forward into the future. I started with Josh at the start of this year as I was dreading the year ahead, another year of the same, ending up at the same place as I was at the end of it. I was also stressing myself out trying to work out how to avoid that and what I really wanted. I signed up for 6 months coaching but by the end of the first 2 months all of those feelings were basically gone and I was aligned with a clear plan for the year ahead. I lost 10kg in the 6 months with him, grew my business and profit, and did it all with less stress and anxiety. I'm now looking forward to the rest of the year ahead and every year after that.

You Don't Have An Anxiety Problem
You have a nervous system that's been stuck on high alert for years. And a mind that's been running outdated programming since childhood.
You've built a successful business and career. You've got the life that looks great from the outside. But internally you're overthinking everything, snapping at the people you love, and going to bed stressed only to wake up anxious before your feet hit the floor.
You've probably tried therapy. Maybe medication. Definitely the self-help books, the meditation apps, the "just think positive" advice. Some of it helped for a bit. None of it stuck.
That's because none of it addressed the root cause.
The Mind Launch Method is a 90-day nervous system and identity upgrade built specifically for business owners. It doesn't teach you to cope with anxiety. It teaches you to change your relationship with it at the source so calm becomes your baseline.
Here's how it works:
Month 1: Regulate
Before you can change anything, you need to get your body out of survival mode.
Most people have been running on high alert for so long they've forgotten what calm actually feels like.
In the first month, you'll learn to regulate your stress response in real time, reset your baseline emotional state, and stop anxiety thought loops before they hijack your day.
The goal isn't to "manage" your anxiety. It's to build genuine calm as your default setting so you're not white-knuckling your way through every week.
Month 2: Reprogram
Once your nervous system is regulated, we go after the mental patterns that have been running the show.
The overthinking, the rumination, the internal critic that won't shut up. These aren't personality traits. They're learned neural pathways and they can be rewritten.
In month two, you'll break the thought loops that keep you stuck, remove the emotional triggers that make you reactive, and install new patterns of clarity, confidence and calm.
This is where people start to feel like a completely different person.
Month 3: Reset
This is where every other approach fails. You get a breakthrough, feel good for a bit, then slowly drift back to who you were before.
The final month is about locking in who you're becoming. You'll reset your identity and anchor everything you've learned into your actual life.
