How You Can Raise Your Consciousness

Most people think spirituality is about escaping the world… meditating on mountaintops, avoiding negative energy or cutting out “toxic people”.

But true spiritual growth is not about avoiding life.

It’s about learning to live fully.

It’s about learning to experience every emotion, every challenge, every version of yourself, and be consciously involved with all of it.

You can’t resist or suppress the “bad stuff” because you only want to experience the “good stuff”.

Life doesn’t work like that.

Every season has its time.

In the same way you experience Spring, Summer, Autumn & Winter.

You will also experience Love, Peace, Anger, Fear, Grief & Shame

If you want to raise your consciousness, it’s about learning to hold yourself through every season of life.

The more you can bring the light of present awareness to your darkness, the more you’ll be able to embody a higher level of consciousness.

This is How You Can Raise Your Consciousness

The Map Of Consciousness

The late Dr. David Hawkins mapped out human consciousness in a famous diagram called the “Map of Consciousness”.

He measured from shame at the bottom, to enlightenment at the top.

Each level represents a frequency of emotion and perception.

Shame feels like: “I’m not enough.”

Guilt says: “I should have done better.”

Fear whispers: “What if I fail?”

Courage is the bridge, the moment you start facing life instead of running from it.

And Love, Joy, Peace, and Enlightenment sit at the top, radiating a completely different quality of energy.

If you’ve ever been in love or felt completely in flow with life, you’ve tasted those higher states.

Everything just works.

Synchronicities appear.

You meet the right people at the right time.

It’s not magic, it’s a higher state of consciousness.

Your Pride Keeps You Stuck

When I was meditating last night, my intuition spoke to me:

It said, “Help people move from pride to presence.”

That’s the real spiritual test, not how long you can meditate, but how deeply you can surrender your pride.

Because pride disguises itself well. It can sound like independence, strength, or ambition.

But underneath, it’s often a fear of letting go, of being seen, supported, or loved.

When you’re stuck in pride, you live in isolation, trying to figure it all out alone.

You might be “doing the work,” but you’re doing it from a limited state.

When you cross the bridge of courage, you begin to open again.

You stop living as the little self (the one obsessed with proving and protecting), and start remembering the big self (the one that already is everything it’s trying to become).

Service To Self → Service To Others

For over a decade, my goals were all about me.

I travelled the world and went to all the 7 continents in my early 20’s

I wanted the Tesla, the house, the income milestones in my late 20’s.

I completed everything I set out to do but something was missing.

Those goals gave me achievement, not fulfillment.

I realised purpose doesn’t come from what you acquire.

It comes from what you contribute.

Eventually, I realised my deepest joy didn’t come from the car or the business metrics, it came from helping others.

That’s why my personal vision became simple:

“To help people raise their level of consciousness.”

Because when even one person wakes up to their higher self, they naturally ripple that energy out to everyone around them.

Their relationships heal.

Their family feels it.

Their work changes.

Their energy lifts the room.

That’s what I call the “service to others frequency.”

It’s not about neglecting yourself, it’s about becoming your best self so you can give your best self to the world.

The Energetic Field

I often imagine people as energy fields, like toroidal shapes (think of a doughnut of light, looping in and out of itself with the heart at the centre).

When you’re taking care of yourself (body, mind, and spirit) your field is vibrant, strong, magnetic.

ou feel lighter, more confident, and naturally attract positive experiences.

Everything feels heavy. Life mirrors that density back to you.

You’ve probably felt this before.

You walk into a room and instantly sense if someone’s energy is off.

It’s like developing a natural energetic immune system.

You stop absorbing the world’s drama and you start radiating calm.

The Map Isn’t Linear

Here’s something most people get wrong about raising consciousness:

It’s not a straight climb up a ladder. It’s more like a spiral.

You’ll loop through the same emotions again, but from a higher level of awareness.

One week you’re in love with life.

Next, you’re wrestling with doubt.

That doesn’t mean you’re “backsliding.”

It means you’re integrating.

Because consciousness isn’t about escaping your humanity, it’s about embracing all of it.

Even shame and guilt serve a purpose. They remind you of your own capacity for compassion.

Even fear can be a teacher, if you stay conscious enough to listen.

The question isn’t “How do I get rid of this feeling?”

It’s “Can I stay present while it moves through me?”

That’s how darkness becomes light, not by resisting it, but by including it.

The Dip Before The Shift

Every breakthrough I’ve ever had in business, relationships, or spiritual growth, has been preceded by a dip.

A period of confusion, contraction, or chaos.

Earlier this year, I almost burned everything down.

The business was shifting, systems were breaking, and I was questioning everything.

But I stayed committed.

I kept meditating, showing up, refining the vision.

And looking back, I can see it clearly:

That “dip” wasn’t a breakdown. It was a purification.

Life was clearing space for a higher version of me to emerge.

So if you’re in that dip right now in your career, relationship, or inner world, don’t mistake it for failure.

You’re being stretched so your capacity can expand.

The lotus flower grows through the mud, not around it.

From Awareness To Expansion

The ultimate goal of raising your consciousness isn’t to transcend life.

It’s to include more of it… to increase your capacity to hold all of it.

To feel deeply without drowning.

To care passionately without clinging.

To succeed without selling your soul.

That’s when you’re no longer reacting to life.

You’re consciously creating it.

A Question To Reflect On

If your life was a vibration, what frequency would it be right now?

Are you operating from fear or courage?

From pride or presence?

From service to self, or service to others?

Because raising your level of consciousness isn’t something that happens in a meditation room, it happens in the way you live every single day.
