Millionaire Entrepreneur Overcomes Anxiety (Success Story)

What do you do when the career success you were chasing leaves you feeling empty and anxious?

That's the question Chase was grappling with when he started working with me back in 2024.

On the outside, it looked like he was thriving... his business was successful, he was making lots of money and he had even moved to Puerto Rico for a better lifestyle.

But the inside wasn't matching.

He was struggling with anxiety, negative thoughts, feeling isolated and constantly in the fight or flight response.

This is the story of how Chase turned his life around by shifting his beliefs with the Mind Launch Method.

Before Coaching: The Silent Battle of Success

Chase had tried everything: online therapy, hypnosis, meditation apps. But every solution felt like surface-level relief without consistent accountability.

He said: All we did was just talk about my problems. I left those meetings feeling like I had only reinforced them.

Like a lot of successful men, business was his only focus, and health, family, and joy had slipped away.

He kept telling himself he should be able to “fix it on his own”, but months later, nothing had changed.

He realized what many high performers eventually admit: success doesn’t remove anxiety, it can actually increase it.

Why Chase Chose To Work With Josh

One day, scrolling Instagram, Chase saw one of my posts that struck him:

"Change your beliefs → change your thoughts → change your words → change your actions → change your results."

That simple method hit him like a truth he already knew.

What he needed wasn’t another “venting session”, he needed someone to challenge his beliefs, hold him accountable, and give him tools to reprogram his mind.

The Transformation Path

1. Belief Breakthroughs

Chase quickly discovered that many of his limiting beliefs were simply false.

For example...

“I’ll always need medication to cope.” → replaced with “I can reframe anxiety into opportunity.”

This isn't just some woo-woo affirmation.

It's a new neural pathway, reinforced by proof through action.

 2. From Fight-or-Flight to Calm & Confident

Instead of avoiding triggers, Chase learned to lean into them:

He said: “Instead of saying, ‘Oh no, I have to run,’ I started saying, ‘Oh yes, this is my opportunity to build proof.’”

This shift helped him taper off anxiety medication and rebuild confidence in situations that once felt overwhelming.

 3. Resilience Through Adversity

At one point, Chase suffered a devastating scooter accident that left him with both arms broken during our work together.

He spiraled into fear: “My life is ruined. I’ll never be the same.

But then, he used the tools I had been teaching him and he reframed: “I’m going to be fine, I just need time.”

That single belief change flipped his recovery.

 4. Accountability & Proof Stacking

Chase describes coaching like having a gym partner:

He said: “When you want to quit at 10 reps, your coach pushes you to 15. That accountability creates proof, and proof changes your beliefs.”

Week by week, we built his “proof stack.”

Each action reinforced his new identity.

Over time, the anxiety that once ruled his life faded into the background.

Where Chase Is Now

Today, Chase’s life looks radically different:

  • Medication-free living – No longer dependent on Xanax or Valium.
  • Homeowner – Bought and renovated his own home in Puerto Rico.
  • Healthy – Training daily, eating clean, and dropping excuses.
  • Peace of mind – He reframes anxiety, manages emotions, and lives aligned with his values.
  • Vision for the future – Stronger relationships, deeper purpose, and the confidence to go after everything he wants
