Terms

Last updated: 15 October 2026

These terms cover mindlaunch.com.au, the free consult, the workshop, ads that send you here, and any paid coaching you buy from Mind Launch. Using the site, registering, or paying means you agree to them.

1. Who you’re dealing with

Mind Launch is the coaching business of Josh Holliday, Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. Contact josh@mindlaunch.com.au.

2. What this is

Mind Launch is education and coaching: mindset, meditation, and working with thoughts and emotions. It is for adults, 18 and over, including business owners and founders.

It is not therapy, counselling, psychiatry, or medical care. It is not a diagnosis and it is not treatment. Nothing on this site, in an ad, on a call, or in a session is medical or mental-health advice.

If you are in crisis in Australia, call Lifeline on 13 11 14 or emergency services on 000. Do not use this site for that.

3. The offers

The free 15-minute consult is a conversation to see if the work is a fit. It is not an hour of free coaching, and it does not oblige either of us to continue.

The live workshop is a group session on working with challenging thoughts and emotions. Where a seat is marked free, there is no charge to attend. A private consult attached to the workshop is a separate paid offer. You see the price before you agree to it.

Paid mentorship or any other program is only formed when you and Mind Launch agree the price, length, and what is included, in writing or at checkout. Ads and this website are an invitation to enquire. They are not the contract.

4. No guaranteed results

Coaching needs you to do the work. Results differ. We do not promise a specific change in income, business performance, anxiety, weight, relationships, or any other outcome.

Stories and reviews on this site are individual experiences. They are not a promise that you will get the same result.

5. Ads, including Meta

We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and may advertise elsewhere. An ad must match the page it opens. If an ad and this page disagree, this page and these terms win.

Ads may use the Meta Pixel and similar tools to measure visits and show you relevant ads later. What we collect, and who we share it with, is in the privacy policy. You can control cookies in your browser and ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account.

Clicking an ad does not create an account with us and does not mean you have bought anything.

6. Payments, cancellation, and refunds

This website does not store your card number. Card payments are taken by Stripe, or as agreed by email, and only after you have seen the price.

If a charge repeats, you can cancel future charges by email before the next billing date. Work already delivered is not refunded. If Mind Launch cancels, you are refunded for work that has not been delivered.

A private session cancelled by you with at least 24 hours’ notice can be moved or refunded. Inside 24 hours, the fee stands unless we agree otherwise.

Nothing in this section removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be signed away. If a service fails those guarantees, the remedies in that law apply.

7. What you agree to

You confirm that:

  • You are 18 or older
  • The details you give us are accurate
  • You will not record a session, or share login or workshop links, without permission
  • You will not use the site to harass, scrape, or break the law

You are responsible for your own decisions after a session. Coaching is input. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

8. Our material

The site, the name Mind Launch, the method, videos, and written materials belong to Mind Launch or its licensors. You may not copy them, resell them, or present them as your own.

9. Liability

To the extent the Australian Consumer Law allows, Mind Launch is not liable for lost profit, lost opportunity, or indirect loss arising from your use of the site, an ad, a free session, or a paid program.

Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid for that service.

10. Privacy

Personal information is handled under the privacy policy. That policy is part of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the latest version. The version on the site when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply to that later use.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The courts of Queensland have jurisdiction, without limiting any right you have to raise a complaint under the Australian Consumer Law.
